As a result Sun Realty, Inc. was established with Dave Parker as managing broker. Whether our clients are looking to add to their investments or change their location Dave is able to help them make wise decisions that fit into their overall planning and help them to achieve their goals.

Just like the business, Dave offers a new perspective when it comes to being a real estate broker. He has a broad background beginning with a pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming. He has owned a private large drugstore and co-owned a construction business. He has worked as a manager for a large corporation. Currently he and his wife own four businesses allowing him to focus on total asset management for his clients: including investments, insurance and real estate. He holds licenses for life, accident, health, sickness and disability. He is an Investment Advisor Representative, holds a Series 65 and is also a Real Estate Broker. Dave and his wife have lived in Riverton over 29 years. They have two daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. When Dave Parker isn’t working he enjoys spending time at his cabin, especially going fishing or four wheeling with his grandkids but believe it or not he has a paperless office there and can help you with any needs that might arise!
